This policies are apply for custom-made jewelries on free gold.
On top of our low priced gems we would like to reward our customers with free gold!
Plus free labor to craft that perfect piece for you. This is just another way we give back to you as our loyal customer who spend enough on gems.
To qualify you must:
- opt out of Buy-Back Program.
- pay in full listed price of gems.
- purchase gems with total purchased value of AUD3000 for moissanite, AUD6000 for lab grown diamond, and AUD40000 for natural diamond.
(When you pay full listed price you can either have the choice of taking an instant 25% discount (for Lab Grown Diamond and Moissanite only), or you can take the free gold and labor only if your purchase have reached the minimum total value of gems as mentioned above. So when you take the 25% discount you can’t take the free gold & labor offers.
Or you can choose to opt in a Buy-Back Program to be able to sell back to us regardless of how much you buy.
The free settings & labor offered are limited to a certain designs. It should be a simple solitaire ring, pendant, or stud earrings. Any complicated design or a design that will require more material and or labor may incur an extra cost to compensate.
