Saat Seed Loaf Mix is our contribution to healthy simplicity. Our mission was to make the simplest gluten free bread alternative available – high in nutrients and low in hassle – because healthy should be simple. We’ve done the hard work so your job is as easy as possible! Simply mix in two cups of water, let it rest and bake in the oven.

Saat Seed Loaf is easy to make, easier to clean up, fun for the kids and deliciously versatile, making it the perfect gluten free alternative for bread, crackers, even pizza base! Slice and store in the freezer to be on hand whenever a hungry mouth needs feeding.

  • STEP 1: Just Add Water

    Empty your packet into a bowl & give the ingredients a quick mix together. Add 2 cups of water and stir it through thoroughly until all the ingredients are wet.

  • Step 1: Let It Rest

    Transfer the mix into a silicon loaf pan, or standard loaf pan lined with high-quality baking paper, and let it sit for at least 2 hours, or even overnight, to soak up the water.

  • STEP 3: Bake The Loaf

    Bake on 180 in a fan-forced oven (200 in conventional oven) for 30 minutes. Turn your loaf out of the form and directly on to the oven rack to bake for another 30 minutes. Try to let it cool completely before eating - if you can resist!
